Grass Crew Leader
Location: Rhode Island and Massachusetts
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Based on Experience
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Grass Crew Leader to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading a crew, operating mowing equipment, and transporting tools and machinery using a truck and trailer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to complete lawn maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties
- Operate and maintain mowers and other landscaping equipment
- Drive a truck with a trailer to and from job sites
- Ensure job sites are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Communicate with clients and supervisors as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely drive a truck with a trailer
- Experience operating Walker mowers (or similar commercial mowers)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior leadership experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment
